How can I request ADA accommodations at the Prometric Testing Center for my upcoming appointment?

The AHVAP Certification Center and Prometric closely follow all requirements in associated with the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) to facilitate reasonable accommodations for those candidates with documented disabilities. 

You do not need to request accommodations for pre-approved items. Prometric test center administrators or remote proctors will visually inspect your pre-approved item(s) without directly touching them and without asking you to remove the item, unless otherwise stated below.
